May 31, 2021, PRD delivered its third distribution center in Angers (west if France) to AVIVA and its tenant INVIVO. The size of this building, in Verrières-en-Anjou, is 34 550 sqm, including 433 sqm of offices, and was built in 9 months.
This platform will be BREEAM certified at VERY GOOD level and will benefit from the BiodiverCity Label. This great success, marketed by EOL, is once again the result of a remarkable partnership with Angers Loire Métropole.
