Prd recently received a logistics innovation award • sustainable development category,
chaired by ADEME, for designing the Paris Val Bréon business park covering 140 hectares.

prd’s approach to sustainable development is formally set forth in an agreement
it entered into with local governments and the association for the defense
of the environment, which includes:

• creating new natural spaces and defining ecological compensation areas
• implementing cross-easements for the association for the defense of the environment
• forming an oversight committee that includes businesses present on the site
• an HEQ® strategy for existing buildings
• etc.
