We were among the first to identify the contours of the investment market for logistics sites. Around 15 years ago, LFD (the Group's property division) acquired some of the buildings developed by PRD, by capitalising on long-term leasing commitments. Since 2014, and the sale of the last asset resulting from this strategy, we have been reinvesting in high value-added property operations that tie in perfectly with our expertise in property development and asset management. This synergy between activities enables us to continually rebalance the Group’s activities.

With PRD, we are able to provide a quality, comprehensive turnkey solution to all our clients: prime property, secure administrative procedures, design and construction of logistics platforms compliant with the highest standards and financing of the operation.

We build large, high value added, logistics or production projects (from 10,000 to 115,000 m²). Given the extent of these projects, our user clients are well-known leading companies (L’oréal, Habitat, Celio, BMW, Danone, Louis Vuitton etc.). Generally, our clients keep coming back, which demonstrates the high level of trust they have in PRD (for example : Castorama, Transalliance, Leroy Merlin, Allo Pneus, Kuehne Nagel, Geodis, etc.).

As a market leader with 3,3 million m² of built premises, our excellence in all areas of the market – sale to users, leased or speculative buildings together with all types of logistics, courier and refrigerated warehouses and industrial production buildings – is matched only by our loyalty to our clients and the long-term relations we maintain with them. They are large institutional investors for whom we are often the leading supplier, for example, the Logistis fund managed by AEW (CDC - Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Prédica – Crédit Agricole Group and CNP - Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance), AXA REIM, AG Insurance...

We adopt the same loyal, long-term approach when working with local authorities (Métropole Européenne de Lille, Communauté Agglomération d’Hénin Carvin, Ville Nouvelle de Sénart, Grand Lyon, Clesud, Valence, Angers, etc.).
