We build large, high value added, logistics or production projects (from 10,000 to 115,000 m²). Given the extent of these projects, our user clients are well-known leading companies (L’oréal, Habitat, Celio, BMW, Danone, Louis Vuitton etc.). Generally, our clients keep coming back, which demonstrates the high level of trust they have in PRD (for example : Castorama, Transalliance, Leroy Merlin, Allo Pneus, Kuehne Nagel, Geodis, etc.).

As a market leader with 3,7 million m² of built premises, our excellence in all areas of the market – sale to users, leased or speculative buildings together with all types of logistics, courier and refrigerated warehouses and industrial production buildings – is matched only by our loyalty to our clients and the long-term relations we maintain with them. They are large institutional investors for whom we are often the leading supplier, for example, the Logistis fund managed by AEW (CDC - Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Prédica – Crédit Agricole Group and CNP - Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance), AXA REIM, AG Insurance...
